Perm-e-form is a fast and simple method of constructing in-situ concrete ground beams and pile caps. It is manufactured from corrugated polypropylene and is available in standard sheets 3m x 2m or 3m x 0.6m.
The formwork is assembled inside the foundation excavation and the reinforcement steel tied into it using flatfoot spacers or U-Fix tracking spacers of the appropriate cover. To compensate for the pressure of the concrete, the backfill material has to be placed prior to concrete pour.
